Our Design Process

Every Vittlinter project follows a defined six-phase workflow. This structure ensures transparency, predictable timelines, and clear approval gates before any expenditure on materials or labour.

Phase 1: Discovery (Week 1–2)

Paid consultation at €185/hour (2-hour minimum). We review your brief, measure the space, and assess structural constraints. Deliverable: written scope summary and fee proposal within 5 business days.

Phase 2: Concept (Week 3–6)

Mood boards, preliminary layouts, and material direction. One round of revisions included. Deposit of 30% of total design fee required to proceed.

Phase 3: Design Development (Week 7–12)

Detailed plans, 3D renders, lighting layouts, and joinery drawings. Second deposit of 30% due at phase start.

Phase 4: Specification (Week 13–16)

Final material selections, furniture schedules, and contractor tender documents. All items priced with no zero-value placeholders.

Phase 5: Procurement & Site (Week 17+)

Order placement, delivery coordination, and weekly site visits. Final 40% of design fee invoiced at procurement start.

Phase 6: Styling & Handover

Installation supervision, styling, photography (optional, €890), and defect snagging list. Warranty on specified items follows manufacturer terms.
